Each month, shutter online will host photo submissions of different themes. One month might ask Philly photographers to shoot their interpretation of the typical tourist, or any of the city's multiple murals, or maybe capture a specific color, idea, or lifestyle. shutter will select, on average, 40-50 images (or a number that is proportionate to the number of images submitted) and display them on the main page of shutteronline for the duration of the month.
New themes will be announced on the 1st of every month, and a new batch of images from the previous theme will be posted the same day. Entries are due by the 20th of each month no later than midnight. This gives us enough time to pick our favorites and get them ready for the site.
Send images at 300dpi resolution, with your name, a title for the photograph, and any information on the image's location to: shutteronline @ gmail dot com.
