One month might ask Philly photographers to shoot their interpretation of the typical tourist, or any of the city's multiple murals, or maybe capture a specific color, idea, or lifestyle. shutter will select, on average, 40-50 images (or a number that is proportionate to the number of images submitted) and display them on the main page of shutteronline for the duration of the month. <br /><br />New themes will be announced on the 1st of every month, and a new batch of images from the previous theme will be posted the same day. Entries are due by the 20th of each month no later than midnight.
